Theodore A. Bolin 

Chairman of the Board/Chief Executive Officer/Managing Partner

Mr. Bolin has been involved in the acquisition, development, construction, financing, and management of real estate for over 25 years.  Mr. Bolin began his career as an accountant with Ernst & Young and became a Certified Public Accountant.  He then was employed as Controller and VP of Finance for two local banks.  In 1985, Mr. Bolin became a full-time real estate developer working with some of the country’s largest home and commercial builders to create master-planned communities.  During his entrepreneurially focused career, he has gained financial and operational expertise from his participation in the organization and management of startup businesses including a bank, a real estate development and home building company, and a self-storage ownership and management company.  Mr. Bolin is a graduate of the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.

Mark Cooney 

Executive Vice President/Real Estate and Marketing 

Mr. Cooney has over 32 years of real estate experience as a sales and leasing agent. He has been the exclusive marketing agent for over 235 properties. Prior to joining Flagship, Mr. Cooney worked at The Duncan Companies Tampa office as President of the Land Sharks and previously spent 10 years with GVA Advantis as Executive Director, where he served as the lead land broker in the Central Florida Area. He was a top producer during the majority of his tenure. He also served for 15 years as Senior Vice President for Grubb & Ellis of Florida-in the land division. Mr. Cooney is a graduate of the University of South Florida.


Jacqueline M. Murray

Senior Vice President/Finance

Ms. Murray began her career in the self-storage industry and possesses significant industry-specific financial experience.  She has significant experience in implementation and management of accounting systems including Oracle and Microsoft Dynamics.  Ms. Murray is a graduate of the University of West Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.  Ms. Murray leads the company’s finance group.

Paul Taeger

Senior Vice President/Restaurant Operations

Mr. Taeger has been a multi-faceted entrepreneur and executive for over 30 years. He has experience in a variety of industries including Brand Development, Hotel/Restaurant Design and the Wine & Spirits Industry. During his career, he has launched a variety of unique consumer brands and has designed or art directed many themed hospitality venues. His most recent endeavor was as co-founder and COO of an award-winning international vodka brand from Holland. Currently, Mr. Taeger has been developing the brand platform and operational outline for the Down Under Charcoal Chicken Restaurant concept.

Ron Roberts

Executive Vice President/Flagship Land Group

Mr. Roberts has been a senior principal of real estate related ventures for Flagship for 10 years.  Primarily focusing on the Land Acquisition, Entitlement, & Development arm of the Flagship Companies Group, Flagship has acquired and developed several projects within Central Florida.   Prior to joining Flagship, Mr. Roberts spent the previous ten years working for two of the nation's largest homebuilders; Pulte and Mercedes Homes. Prior to embarking on a residential construction career, Mr. Roberts graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in Business. During the ten years Mr. Roberts was involved in the acquisition and development of many residential projects spanning the state of Florida from Jacksonville, Orlando, Tampa, and Ft. Myers. Mr. Roberts has worked on various types of projects from small in-fill town home projects to large major master-planned golf communities.  Mr. Roberts heads up the Tampa Office of Flagship which is located in the heart of the continually booming area known as New Tampa.  Mr. Roberts lives with Kristy, his wife of 18 years and sons Will (13) and Beau (10) in Lutz, FL.
