Flagship Companies Group continues to source Florida sites with good metrics for new self-storage development.  Flagship, with its equity and operating partners, is on pace to build and open an average of five properties per year for the next two to three years.  This puts Flagship on target to have built and operated nearly 5,000,000 square feet of self-storage properties since beginning to build new facilities in 2015. To date, Flagship’s self-storage ventures have built, operated, and sold nineteen self-storage properties, are currently operating six existing locations, have twelve locations under construction, have six new properties under contract and in the entitlement process, and have nine additional properties in the various stages of the vetting process.
