Flagship currently has three residential and commercial land positions developed for home builders and commercial retail operators. Flagship has closed the sale of over 225 residential lots over the last few years and continues to work with builders on additional lot/land sales. Flagship has property interests with land entitled for over 900 residential lots and 85,000 square feet of retail building.  Flagship operates commercial buildings with restaurants, salons, and other businesses as tenants.
