Flagship Companies Group opened its first studio salon in Winter Park, FL in 2015. Over the following seven years Flagship opened 11 studio salon locations in Orlando and Tampa, growing to over 300 health and beauty professionals practicing in our collective. Flagship operated under two brands, Porte Noire and Studio U Salons through June 2022.  Flagship’s studio salon brands provided “best in class” salon studios to meet demands of the changing health and beauty industry where private individual studios have become the preferred operating environment for both health and beauty professionals and their customers. Each location capitalized on the attractive synergy created in a collective of 25 individual entrepreneurs in private studios offering a mix of health and beauty specialties including hair, nails, esthiology, massage, and other modalities.  Flagship was approached in early 2022 by Salon Lofts Group with an offer to acquire the Flagship studio salons operation. After careful consideration Flagship agreed to sell Porte Noire and Studio U, closing the sale in July 2022. Salon Lofts has over 200+ operating locations across 12 states with plans to continue growing their footprint across the USA. We agreed to sell to Salon Lofts because we concluded the timing was right and they were the right buyer who would continue our commitment to maintain a “best in class” operation.
